Verb tenses
Present: simple, continuous, perfect, perfect continuous. Past: simple, continuous, perfect. Future: will, going to, future continuous and perfect. Use one clear time frame per sentence until you are confident mixing them.
Articles (a, an, the)
A/An for first mention of singular countable nouns. The for specific or unique nouns. No article with general plurals, many uncountables, and most proper nouns.
Prepositions
Time: at (clock time), on (day/date), in (month/year). Place: at (point), on (surface), in (enclosed space).
